"Ricki was just doing his job. In my warranty repair, Sears refused to fix my stovetop unless I signed a waiver if they broke the glass in attempting to fix burners. That is so wrong on so many levels. Sears you should be ashamed of yourselves! I worked for Sears for 6 plus years and this would have never been considered then! Their motto has changed from “courtesy is caring” to CYA. Really sad- it’s no wonder Sears had to liquidate."
