"It was a long line of people with brown skin. I love them. There was a white man at the counter already. He had to wait thru 5 sets of customers before they decided to cash his check, demanding his work write him a letter before they would cash his next check. He stated that he had cashed 4 of the same checks there this month, wondering why there was an issue. Then my white self gets to the counter. They made me stand there for 10 minutes before making me sign the check, and a few more minutes before starting their inquiries, eventually determining that my boss would have to answer my phone call and speak with them before they could cash it because they never cashed one of his checks before. Why did they make me sign it before figuring this out? Come to find out, they have cashed several of his checks there. Why don't they just say, "we only want to cash your check if you are Hispanic, white people are for our entertainment only because we like to see you beg for your money.""

"We had an awesome experience at PLS check cashing! I went to Chase bank a couple of times this day to cash a check , and both establishments refused to cash my check, even though it literally came from Chase, they didn’t want to cash it because it was too high of funds. PLS went above and beyond to make sure my check was cashed! I want to thank Tamara for doing all she did for me! The customer service was ON POINT! PLS on camelback gets a gold star from me!"

"PLS on 19th ave & Camelback is far too slow and managed poorly, after visiting their store which was virtually empty but it took twenty five minutes to cash a weekly check that I cash every week… business should be convenient as well as pleasant for the customers but unfortunately this wasn’t the case"
