"I have used this co. for about 6 yrs for my twice a yr service provider. The last 2 yrs they have told me I needed a new furnace air conditioning unit. They came out again just for service in June. My air conditioner was running great. When they finished they again told me I needed a new unit. They even provided me with an estimate. I was told my unit was so old they couldn't get the parts. Two days after my service, the air conditioner started to make a terrible noise and then stopped working. I called another company to come and tell me what the problem was. He came out the very day I called and replaced the motor the next day. The air conditioner is running perfect. Needless to say I won't be using Southwest again."
