"I have a business which I opened up with a set balance. When I closed the account two months out, my balance when I withdrew was smaller than what I put in. I didn't use any funds at all because I was in the transition of transferring institutions. I stopped that after I saw everything they messed up on. Issues I had within those two months: - I have a mailing address and a physical address. They asked for both. I was hesitant because every time I gave my physical address out, institutions didn't follow my instructions. Which is don't mail ANYTHING to my physical address. We'll they didn't follow that rule. I received mail at the physical instead of my mailing address. - I requested to get a credit card for the business like I have at my other institution so I can do a balance transfer and close that other credit card. The purpose of that was because I wanted to do all my transactions through one institution. I asked if I get denied, and can they please communicate with me so I can ask them to push it through. The agent I had helping me was great he tried to do what he could to help. The only thing he was leaving for vacation. So I asked if he could have someone call me. Well, he told me that the lady would call me next week. Next week came, and I never received a call. The lady told him she called and left a message. I never saw a missed call at either one of my cell phones or showed that I had a voice mail. She lied. - The next thing I ordered checks through the cut that helped open my account, and I never received those checks. I'm telling you they didn't really comply with much. (This is how they handled my business side. I don't even want a personal account) 02-22-24 I called them because I needed answers to the balance issues. I waited about 10 minutes on the regular line (because they don't have a dedicated business phone number). A lady got on the phone, and we had a brief conversation that lasted about a minute. She placed me on hold until she could find a supervisor, which she didn't. I was on hold again until a total of 29:32 minutes went by. She got on the phone line and explained that she couldn't get a supervisor. She was emailing them to explain the situation. That conversation went on about 3 minutes. Long story short, supposedly, I'm going to receive a phone call today before 6 pm. It is 4:08 on right now. Let's see if that happens. I'll update once that phone calls takes place. I had to take time out of my schedule to deal with this, and as a small business, my time is valuable to me. I've lost about 1.5 hours today. "PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME AZ FINANCIAL WITH A REPLY UNLESS YOU WANT TO TALK ON THE PHONE. I'M NOT GOING TO DO AN EMAIL. I'VE DONE ENOUGH WITH TEXT.""
