They were able to satisfy our critically decerning family, friends, and loved one. Our loved one was comfortable and retained their dignity through their declining status because of Home Instead."

"We hired Home Instead to help my father transition when he came home on hospice. Our goal was to get assistance with his care so we could lift the burden off my mother: she had been his caregiver for the last few months and the last thing we wanted was to take time away from her just being by his side in his final days. And Home Instead and the wonderful caregivers we met over that 5 days, gave our family the opportunity to do that. They were respectful and supportive. They knew when to step in and when to fade into the background so we could be together as a family. Polly was our main point of contact and we couldn’t have asked for a kinder soul to help us on this journey. We also had Val with us multiple times and was such a joy: a very kind compassionate person. We also loved working with Nona: she was our overnight nurse one night and she was patient and kind enough to talk to my father for several hours when he woke up. "Long story short, my grandmother lived in Sun City with no family near by for many years (she was 102). In May, she had a fall that landed her in the hospital and since she lives at a total independent living facility, we needed to make some plans for when she was released very quickly and I ended up being the once to come to AZ to arrange everything. We did not want her to go into a nursing home and Home Instead was recommended to me as an option as she did need 24/7 care. I called Vicki at Home Instead on a Thursday and the next day Polly was out to assess my grandmother and by the end of the day they had scheduled round the clock care beginning on Monday-pretty amazing. Home instead Care Pros provided compassionate and quality care for her for the next 5 weeks. Polly provided all the coordination including getting hospice on board, training the Care Pros in ways to care for her and assisting me in managing all of this long distance. Most importantly, she guided me through a very difficult process that I had no experience in and had no idea what to do. I wouldn't have made it through without them. My grandmother was able to spend her last days in her own home with dignity and great care and that wouldn't have been possible without Home Instead."
