"If I had employees that were this terrible at doing their job I would fire them in an instant. This boss, Casey... claims he is there best employee. Which speaks loads to his competence. I have an AC system that was cooling the upstairs only, a probable baffle issue. The technician came out and charged my system with coolant, changed the filters (which I had changed that week), de-iced the compressor, but never fixed the problem. Again he came out, this time I walked him through the problem, again he did not fix the problem. I called and complained and got "Well then call someone else". I pointed out that he had better not charge me and he then laughs and says all that material costs money. The material that was never needed that he installed in a system that does not work still. DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!"
