"I have been going to this location for at least 5 years. Over those years employees have come and gone, I expect this and have really never put much thought to it so this should be a job that with education should be executed with the same accuracy that the previous years preparer did. Sadly this year's tax preparer "Arnie" left much to be desired, I always include a cover letter to hopefully eliminate questions and allow for my requests to be factored in. Sadly, this letter seemed to be ignored. To save the long, drawn out complaints I have, I felt that Arnie simply didn't put much effort in to following one of my requests, and although he responded quickly I believe he was somewhat disingenuous when answering me. When I sent him documentation to back up my requests, he simply stopped answering. As such I will move on next year and hopefully find a more customer centric tax preparer."

However, their data sharing policies and "protection" products are beginning to feel like extortion and they make it very difficult to decline. I have given this feedback to the company. We'll see next year if they implement any changes. Still 5 star service this year. I hope I don't have to change it for 2022."

The personal encounter makes it even more worth. They remember you! Patricia remembered the kind of candy my daughter liked and had a big bag of it for her at my appointment. Patricia is such a caring person and she is great at what she does. We ran into a tax issue and had to schedule another appointment to finish up our taxes but by the time we had our next appointment she had already fixed the issue and we were in and out in 15 mins. I wil already come to this location for my tax needs!"
