Banfield Pet Hospital 286 West Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson, NV 89015

"On October 27, 2023 I brought my border collie here to retest some bloodwork. Luckily, her bloodwork came back perfect. When I received a call back from the doctor, letting me know about the results, she also said that they had administered a vaccine. The Leptospirosis vaccine to be exact. But when I was there earlier in the morning to drop off, I NEVER signed off on a vaccine, as that wasn’t what the appointment was for, and they knew that. So They had given my dog a vaccine, that we don’t give her, without my consent! I then received a phone call from a manager at that location, and she was very apologetic and kind, and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I said all I wanted was for my dog to get out of the wellness plan that I was in, and she said no problem, she would cancel the plan for me, as it was the least she could do. So, here I am, on March 15, 2024, with a balance on my account, saying I owe from the wellness plan that I canceled back in October 2023! I have talked to 15 different people at this point, and no one can help me out. This is not how it should go, I have done nothing wrong. This is malpractice brushed under the rug…. Update: 3/18/24 They are finally issuing me a refund, and cancelling my plan."

"I’m about to start driving 45 minutes every month+ to go to the Summerlin location we used to go to. This location is that bad. Nobody knows what they are talking about- from the people at the front desk to the doctors. They like to sit and talk in circles with no knowledge on the matter while they ignore you telling them the situation. Every time I go with either of my dogs(always with an appointment) it’s a long wait. Last time I was there was for a comprehensive exam drop off and there was only one other customer and yet my dog was shaking trembling for THIRTY minutes before they took her to the back. I feel like if I show up for my appointment on time, then they should do their part and show up as well."

"I tried to make an appointment for my sick dog at 3 different pet clinics. Two clinics kept me on hold for over 15 minutes and the third clinic was booked up. I decided to try Banfield clinic and I am so glad I did. They allowed me to bring my dog in right away as a drop off. The staff and doctor were so incredibly nice and helpful. I will be taking my two greyhounds to Banfield again. Would definitely recommend."

"Dr. Huddleston is great! He personally called me to give me updates on my dog when she was getting her dental cleaning. I was also contacted the day after just to make sure everything was still going smoothly after the anesthesia. Highly recommended this banfield. Others I've been to have not been this attentive."
