"I had made an appoiment for my 4 cats for ear mites and I paid a $120 deposit fee. I asked for a normal appointment I didn’t need anything urgent but when I went in day of appointment I saw they put me under an urgent care appointment and I was confused bc they didn’t inform me of this or how much their urgent care fee was when on the phone , they also did not inform me about their new client fee when talking on the phone so when i get there for my appointment they priced me for $400 per cat and I couldn’t afford it so I canceled the appointment and left. I asked for my deposit back and they told me I couldn’t get it back because I canceled but my issues was I was never fully informed about their prices because I would of never booked and my money wouldn’t of been wasted and both our times wouldn’t of been wasted either because I understand policy but don’t mislead your customers. So if you book with them make sure they inform you on the appointment type and fees because they will mislead you and keep your money from you. I was not informed at all and scammed out of my money."

"Waiting an hour and a half past your scheduled appointment (which lasted all of 5 minutes) to get a sedative for my pets travel, plus another 30 minute wait for the billing? While the veterinarian care has been acceptable, this is by far the most inefficiently run clinic I have ever seen."

"We had to bring our Cattle Dog to this Clinic, because he was vomiting blood. We were new patients, but the staff went out of their way to move our afternoon appointment to a morning appointment. The way that Motley, our dog, was treated was with the utmost care and concern. We couldn't ask for a better first visit, during this emergency. The staff was caring and explained exactly what tests will be performed. We finally got to see the Doctor, and he cared and treated our dog with compassion. I would recommend this Vet Clinic."

"I’ve spent almost $2,000 at this vet just on basic puppy vaccines and spay, as well as one tiny emergency visit where they didn’t even treat her for anything. I paid $800 for the “puppy plan” that included all of the puppy related things, and then after every visit they still managed to charge me over $100 even though I prepaid. After all was said and done, I spent probably around $350 on services that I thought I was prepaying for under the $800 puppy plan. Then they charged $500 on a quick emergency visit where she didn’t even get treated for anything. I have been to vets on the east coast, Colorado, and many other places, and I have NEVER seen a vet charge so much for their services. Also, they had me drop off my puppy at 1:30pm for a spay and they kept her overnight. I didn’t get her back until 2:30pm the next day. And when I got her, she had JUST gotten the spay. I’m confused as to why they kept my dog for 25 hours and overnight if they didn’t even perform the spay until almost 24 hours after I dropped her off. Honestly, I chose this vet because we didn’t have another option, as the other vet in the area wasn’t taking new patients at the time. If you don’t care about money at all, then this is the vet for you."

"I have had the best experience with this doctor and his fantastic staff. Dr McGee is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He treats the pets with respect and dignity as if they were his own. Even the ones that are not so friendly. I have been to many veterinarians over the years and this one surpasses all others. The staff is really on the ball. They use the latest equipment and tools available and not some archaic tools or methods. He has a full pharmacy on location stocked with most medications any animal might need when going to the doctor. On more than one occasion I have personally seen this doctor and his staff defy all odds by saving a pet that had little or no chance at all. This is where you should bring your pet for the best care around. No joke, no lie. Honest to God truth. Dr McGee is your guy"
