"Very poor service from assist manger Carlos Ibarra last time I been there for inf of a business new account. Carlos Ibarra had a very bad actitud basically he asked me to make line again or leave de bank. I’m not happy after I spend some time for this."
"Oneida was particularly encouraging about my rough situation with my business, and even helped void a NSF fee I incurred. how awesome is that?!"
"Just had a great experience with Andy, these people are always very helpful and smiling, much appreciated."
"I hope this message finds you well. I have been a loyal customer for the past 18 years, and during this time, I have enjoyed a seamless banking experience. However, I must express my recent dissatisfaction with the service I received, which has left me considering alternative banking options. Over the past two years, I have encountered several issues that I had not previously experienced . Most notably, my ability to access my accounts over the phone and perform simple transfers has become significantly more challenging. In all my years with your institution, I have never encountered such an extensive interrogation when attempting to complete basic transactions over the phone. During my most recent call, I was bombarded with numerous security questions, some of which were entirely new and had never been asked of me before. The tone of the conversation was further exacerbated by the rudeness displayed by the customer service representative, which left me feeling frustrated and irritated. I want to emphasize that my frustration stemmed not from the security measures themselves but from the abrupt and discourteous manner in which they were implemented. Furthermore, I had politely explained that the account I was attempting to access was not linked to my online banking, which is why I was seeking assistance over the phone. As a long-standing customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and efficiency. However, my recent experiences have prompted me to consider exploring alternative banking options that may better align with my needs and expectations."
"____9/6/23 response to the reply from the bank below...I went in myself to the bank to retrieve my card and there were 5 other people there that had their cards taken by the ATM. That's something you guys need to check the software developers about. Secondly, You guys need to have a Saturday open for folks that can't make it in during weekdays. Hughes does. Lastly , cardholder services, like I said was useless, they can't unlock ATM cards that have been locked for no reason. Those aren't matters that I need to come in to address. ______original review I recently had the most disappointing experience with Pima Federal Credit Union. I deposited a check on Friday, assuming the check would clear on Saturday. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that ALL the branches were closed Saturday, and only $200 was made available. Purchases that I made sat in pending status because of the holiday and who knows how many overdraft fees I'm looking at since they'll probably not include the entire check to debit from. Sunday an unexpected emergency required me to withdraw funds, but I couldn't access the rest of my check, causing significant inconvenience. When I called cardholder services for assistance, they advised me to use the ATM to withdraw money. However, when I inserted my debit card into the machine, it inexplicably KEPT MY CARD!. This was horrific and frustrating as it was at a familiar ATM close to my home and use often. I called card holder services again and they had absolutely no idea why, nor did they any solution except "wait til Tuesday". It was pointless to call them and wasted time. Having been a loyal customer since 1997, this has been my worst experience with the bank. I believe it's crucial for a bank to be open on Saturdays, ESPECIALLY before a holiday, to accommodate their customers' needs. Due to these issues, I'm seriously considering switching back to Hughes Federal for more reliable banking services AND for having Saturday availability. I can no longer trust a bank that is not open on a Saturday."
