"The transition from Bank of the West to BMO has been a complete fiasco. No one returns calls, we cannot access prior statements, the transition "team" is MIA. Worst banking I have ever experienced."

Not only did I have to wait for the teller to get off the phone, while other employees said she would be right with me, no one else stepped up to assist. Finally, when the teller was off the phone and able to help, she would not cash a cashiers check from their bank! What a loser Canadian bank! I hope you all lose your jobs for the worst service ever!"

He even goes the extra mile, every time I've been there, to see if he could help with anything else my banking needs might require. BMO does a great job at making you feel valued and humane compared to the bigger companies, a very welcomed treatment! Parking can get a little tight, though!"
