"I brought my old, very sick cat to them thinking I was going to have to put her down. The staff and vet were very kind and supportive and it turned out she had a simple infection that was easily treated. I'm so grateful that they took the time to look her over instead of just assuming she was at the end of her life. I look forward to bringing my other pets here as well."

"I have been looking for a vet for months for my rats. I have called every vet in the greater St. George area. We called this vet a couple months ago and they quoted me $150 for rat euthanasia! Recently, I had been told by a woman that uses this vet that they had done a euthanasia for her for $20. I thought that maybe I had heard them wrong when I called before. I called on Friday to inquire again and they said they charge $45 (after verifying) and I’m able to go back with them! This was amazing, I haven’t even been able to find a vet that allows me to go back with my rats. I set up a patient account with them so I was able to quickly make appointments in the future. A couple of my girls are reaching their time, so I called this morning to schedule an appointment. Mind you, I called four days ago. When I called, I’m now told that they don’t offer rat euthanasia AT ALL. Not only was I originally told $150, then $45, now they claim they don’t do it at all! Their only apology is “we have some new people that give out information without verifying.” That’s not true as the girl I spoke to on Friday not only verified with someone else, but the vet as well. They offered to do it “just this one time only.” I’m not interested in giving my money to a business that is so poorly managed, consistently gives out misinformation, doesn’t properly train their employees, prices gouges and makes up prices as they go, and is not willing to apologize for their mistakes."

"I took my beloved kitty here after a long Sunday night at the emergency vet and getting no clear answers as to what was wrong with him. While the staff at the emergency vet were very kind and hospitable, Dr. Bice was able to diagnose him within 10 minutes of visiting with him, and I can sleep well at night knowing he is in the best hands possible with Dr. Bice and his staff. They adored and cared for my sweet baby the minute I checked him in for his appointment. Such a wonderful man, and a delightful team behind him. "Thank you!!! We are on a roadtrip from Ohio and our dog Milo started having big mobility problems. This vet got us in immediately and were amazing. I have never had a better doctor for my animals. He was so informative and positive which immediately calmed me down. The doctor was not rushed and the office staff was friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place."
