"Uncontested inheritance. Started process a year ago. Parents passed and did not have an adequate will, and there were some issues with their prefab home in order to get title to sell it. My brother did all the work in this regard. The lack of updates from Mr Moyer's office is frustrating. We were supposed to sign a document via email weeks ago, and when I emailed today, I was told it would be another 10 days. That the "work" was on Mr Moyer's desk and he would get it done by the end of next week. What does this mean? What does it take to send out a simple form to all parties to have them sign? This is uncontested. Why so difficult? Communication from his office has been minimal. I think that maybe he was on a vacation or something. Got no adequate explanation for the delays. Will reach out to appropriate state agency soon. Kevin C."
