The employees that manage your account information have the power to write a check off of your bank account in any amount, at any time but do not have the power to send you an email, a text, a letter or leave a voicemail. They allowed six months of interest to accrue on a payment missed in error in January and never once attempted another method of contact including the alternate number on file. I called at random in May to inquire about my account and was informed that there were no missed payments on a recorded line. I filed a formal complaint and they offered no resolution despite having the recorded call. They only care about money and how much they can drain from you. Take your business to a place that cares about the people attached to the money."
