"Unprofessional and lazy. The different departments don’t communicate with each other effectively and I’ve been forced to start over everytime I return with their ever changing requirements simply to close an account. This is specific to this branch in Broadway. Just horrible service"
"Up until the pandemic Wells Fargo was simply the best, always an industry leader in defining and setting customer service standards, sadly it would appear that they no longer make any effort to provide a positive customer experience. The majority of branches no longer have a drive thru, Additionally the majority of local branches are now closed on Saturdays. Once upon a time Wells Fargo actually cared, they went out of thier way to be great, now it's as if they are going out of thier way to drive people away."
"10/13/23 Account holder since 1992. There are two associates at this branch, worth mentioning, Bankers - Motumba and Salena. They are both knowledgeable and professional! Because this and other Tucson branches are rarely open and no longer have a drive through, I'm moving my WF accounts and my safety deposit box to a bank that offers customer options, Chase! 8/11/22 Update: I drove my elderly mother to this branch at 4 p.m. It's very hot out and I'm hoping the drive through is open. Nope. I help my mom inside and it's very difficult for her to walk. There are four tellers, the line is very slow and there are two senior people sitting at a desk behind the tellers, just sitting there talking. The teller behind the counter says, "We didn't have enough cars using the drive through to justify it being open so we closed it." This is the lamest excuse for poor customer service I've everseen / heard!!! I'm glad my account is ready to close as this lack of service is inexcusable!!! Months ago After having an account at this branch for 30 years, it feels really gratifying to wait in the drive through line for twenty minutes (there were three cars in line), two days ago. Today - fifteen minutes before closing, the associates at my branch are too busy to asnwer the phone??? Even with online inforation, I had a specific question, I needed an answer to regarding my account. Thanks for the unacceptable customer service at the Sarnoff and Broadway location in Tucson!!!!"
"I was confused and trying to understand a worker (who's accent was very thick) and the "manager" came up and said to me that I was having an "attitude"! Like WHAT?! Just because I'm frustrated and dealing with someone using my card fraudulently doesn't mean I am having an attitude with your employee. I'm trying to understand what I can do and how to get my money back! I honestly chuck this up to plain old sexism. If I was a man in this predicament I doubt I would've been treated this way"
"Normally I go in and the gentlemen help me with no issue. I go in once a week for years, routinely. On a very slow day with no one waiting, the teller tells me to come back in 30 minutes when the business teller is there and manager say they weren’t able to accommodate my request for change at all, claiming a change shortage. I get there was a shortage during the beginning of the pandemic, but they’ve been helping me with the same request for months now. Maybe they had something better to do or just didn’t feel like helping. I told them some consistency would be nice and the manager gave me the old “I’ll be sure to inform my staff”. Customer service coaching is needed for manager Jaclyn and teller Cameron. Good service is becoming harder to find. Avoid this location if possible."
