"Both outside Atms down. Employee has car parked wrong way in drive thru leading people to go the wrong direction through drive thru. Outside looks like it has not been updated or kept up with since the 90s"

"Okay, I went to this bank with only women are teller. I had $20 bucks and want to break it with $1s. The lady ask me to give her my ID. And I said, why it has to do with my ID cause I had $20 bills not a check and then she told me she can’t cash it out without my ID. So, I gave it to her my ID, and she run it and she told me she can’t cash it out. I have an account not with them but, with Unify Federal credit union. And my bank told me, they are connected with the pryamid federal credit union. I’ve been there before and now you’re telling me I don’t have an account? Really? C’mon are you kidding me? That was $20 dollars bill and still cannot cash it out? wow I will never ever go there anymore. I think they are racist. Bad service and bad personality."

"Went in to open an account. I was the last one in line, as that is how arriving somewhere goes. I made it to the front and the dark haired teller told me i would have to wait, she and the other teller were busy. I asked her what she was busy with and she referenced the 3 customers who had arrived AFTER me. She then point blank told me "she has to help the customers in line, behind me, before she or anyone else could take me back. I called ahead to ask what was needed and no mention of an appointment was ever made, and neither did she mention an appointment was needed. Customers would continue to arrive and wait in line as again, that is what happens at a place of business, while i would be pushed aside? Shows you how much they care about their members, they also have a large dead cockroach in their waiting lobby. Extremely unprofessional. They can't respect potential customers and can't afford to upkeep their lobby. Seriously, find another credit union"

"Happy New Year, Karen! I recommend Karen and her team for banking services and lending. If some issue comes up, she is the person I would want in my court because of her experience and disposition. I haven't had any problem with my services, but I don't believe in perfection. I do believe in folks who care and are competent to come fight on my team if that does come up. This is a nice branch, convenient, easy access."
