"Absolute worst school ever, in the 3 years my child was enrolled they went trough 3 principals, and a handful of teachers. All left with out any explanation given to the parents. Should have been my first red flag. Incidents with students are never properly reported, and when my child would tell me about it the school would deny it. The only communication of any incidents, was by my child telling me about it. Making it extremely hard for proper coping, when he can't even tell me exactly what happened. And then when I would ask the school they would deny it. Secondly they take kids who have been kicked out of other schools in Arizona for behavioral issues. As one staff told me, " Lexington is their last hope." I had absolutely no problem with this, until I realized they are not competent in providing a safe environment for other students who don't have those same issues. They dismissed my concerns of my son being bullied. He was being called stupid on a daily basis, gun gestures where made to him as if he was being shot, the student told my son he was going to kill his parents. What did the school do? NOTHING, they told me that it was a "disability". And that because they are such a diverse school things like this happened. Things like that happen because they are not trained and equipped to provide a safe environment for EVERYONE. Shouldn't that be a priority? Absolutely take kids who need another chance, but ensure ALL your students are safe. Be prepared to keep Lexington safe for everyone. This school failed at being a safe place for my son, it's an absolute disappointment of a school. If safety is a concern for you, Lexington is not the place. They do not care about your child's safety."
"Lexington Life Academy is definitely a 5 star school!! They have been there for my son for the last few years and it has been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and outgoing and always willing to help. The facility is always clean and inviting. I'm so thankful for Lexington and all they have brought to our family."
"Sending my son to Lexington has honestly improved the quality of his education and his development tremendously. Our family feels so blessed for the opportunity my son has there. He’s happy too. All the staff are well equipped to teach and look after the children at that school. They truly have the passion for it and it shows. The other kids that I see during transportation and my visits at the school are all a joy and love the staff there as well. We plan to continue to send our son here for as long as possible. It’s K-12! :)"
"I’m so glad we decided to switch our son that is on the spectrum from his previous school to Lexington. They are understanding of his needs and know exactly how to address them. Their teachers and employees have always been so helpful and communicate us everything . It puts our minds at ease knowing our son is at a great school where they care for him and also it shows because he absolutely loves going to school every day. We couldn’t have picked a better school for him."
