"I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This process server was nice but unfortunately got everything wrong with my court papers which caused some really bad issues and results for two of my cases. I should've asked for all my money back, but I only asked for them to try again for free. After all the incorrect info on the affidavits they provided that caused the issues, that was the least they could do. Instead I was given another quote instead of them taking responsibility and doing the right thing. I could not chance anything else go wrong with my cases because of a simple job not done right."

"I used Dutch’s service back in 2021, he completed the work without any issue. On Nov.16 this year, I have three pieces of documents to serve to three different people with the agreed upon price $80 each *3=$240. I paid him on Nov.17. He promised three delivery attempts for each person then file the evidence of serve This is what happened to the three pieces of documents: 1. He completed it without any issue. 2. Police department helped to serve that document. When I called him and let him know that job is done. He told me he just went to the person for the 1st attempt five minutes ago and nobody answered the door and he refused to refund me the $80 because of this trip he made. 3. The 3rd defendant lives in Vail, and I only have her work address in Chandler. Dutch made one attempt at her work address in Chandler and she was not there. Without me agreeing to use his skip tracing service, he said he needed to charge me $65 since he used his software to locate her Vail home adress. He said in order to for him to go there, I need to pay him another $180. I told him I couldn’t afford another $180, he said then I would need to make some arrangements to see whether she would come up to this area and serve it to her. Eventually yesterday, the defendant offered to come up from Vail to pick the document up from Dutch. Dutch suggested the location at Chandler, I thought it was all set. Surprisingly he requested me to pay him ANOTHER $95 for him to serve it to a location he suggested himself and this is just the 2nd attempt! I refused and told him this is not ethical, it’s a rip off and scam! This piece of document is now served through police department for free. I’m now disputing the $145 ($80+$65) with my bank. I would suggest to sign a contract with any process serve to have them write down their committed services to avoid this type of non-sense."

"Dutch was fantastic to work with. He answered the phone as soon as I called. He set up a next day appointment even though it was on a Sunday. When he was unable to serve the documents at the first location due to the property being vacant, he kindly went to two other locations in an attempt to make service. Because of his efforts we were able to bring my soon to be ex-husband out of hiding where he was keeping our son from me. Effectively saving my son’s life. I can never thank Dutch enough for his services! I would highly recommend him to anyone!"
