"Outstanding service from Jeanne and the team! We shipped our show booth to this UPS Store for a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center. Their UPS Store is colocated at the convention center. The team received it, stored it, and delivered it to our spot on the show floor on the right day, sending us pictures to confirm it was delivered to the correct spot. At the end of the show, they came and collected our booth and shipped it back for us. It couldn't have been any easier. Not only was the team and service great, it was also far more affordable than using the trade show carriers. Great job!! Highly recommended."

"I would not recommend this store to do business. The employees closed the store before closing business hours due to being full capacity. Despite, other customers leaving the store which actually reduces capacity in the store. The store associate failed to realize that and states that they can make the decision without the approval of store manager. This needs to be investigated and store manager needs to ensures that the schedule displays proper staffing during working business hours."

"Normal service has returned. Thank you! Been in a few times since, and service is pleasant and prompt when they are not busy. Old review...... Normal Service at this location has been pretty good. The new person Kayden needs maybe some coaching in customer service 101. If you're busy we totally get it, just look it up and say the following standard statement to put your customers at ease while they continue to wait "Hello welcome, I'll be right with you." Do not keep your face down and in the screen for two minutes and say absolutely nothing to people coming in the door and waiting right beside you. Not a good look."

"I needed color printing for a presentation on short notice and FedEx wasn’t answering their phones and didn’t seem to be open! The store did a spectacular job of taking care of my needs. I had never used the UPS store for printing and the quality was top-notch and the service was phenomenal. I can’t recommend this location highly enough."
