"Spanish lady with the longer hair that works there is extremely unprofessional. She went outside her place of business and was standing and laughing in the parking lot area with some other people in Spanish about an argument those people had with my daughter and I. Then walks back in and starts laughing at us with the people inside. She needs to be retrained on how to be professional and mind her own business."
"Avoid this place at all costs. All employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing, in particular, Francois Jones. Dude doesn’t know the tax code from a taco. They artificially raised my price 3 times while processing my return, from $100 all the way to $600 after seeing what my return would be. Francois was also finishing his lunch at his desk while ripping me off. I can’t speak to every employee or every location but this location is less than worthless. Here’s hoping Francois is out of the tax business and is instead doing what he’s capable of.. bagging groceries."
