"NO TELLERS! What is the point of this location? It’s a glorified ATM. Has made me consider switching banks."

"Drive through closed and atms weren't working, so had go inside and stand on line. It has become a pain to bank here."

"I've had Wells Fargo for a while. With family issues, My finances are extremely tight. I just took Uber to this location to get a money order that I actually I had to borrow money to be the amount I needed. BUT there's no tellers. They don't have tellers anymore. It would have been nice for that to be posted online. Us who have to pay for transportation like Uber, or take the city bus- need to know ahead of time where to go, or not to go. Also, the bankers at the desks are by appt only. If youre a walk in, you'll be waiting quite a while.Smh. That's the only reason I'm not very happy with this right now. So no tellers and only 2 bankers. There are 7 teller windows amd 10+ desks for appts. This building and location at Speedway and Campbell are a waste of space, electricity, water and time. And Wells Fargo don't reply asking for my information, i will not allow or give you the ability to delete my comment."

"This Wells Fargo location has turned into a joke. No more bank tellers, you have to go in, sit down and wait 30-45 min to see a banker. Go elsewhere, this place is a mess and very unhelpful."

"I bank with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Bank of America has stellar online banking solutions and absolutely terrible in-person banking solutions. I find myself waiting at Bank of America for 20-30 minutes each time. I loathe having to go to the bank in-person. Wells Fargo is a bit of the opposite. Their online banking solutions are not terrible by any means, but the in-person banking solutions has met or exceeded my expectations. I'm there at least once weekly, and I've never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes for anything. I wish they would open earlier than 9:00am though because I have to set my schedule around their hours and that's really sort of inconvenient. 8:00am would be better but not unreasonable for the bank or its employees. I've never had any issues with the employees. They follow procedures, as does every other bank, so if you come prepared for whatever it is you are trying to do, you'll find it to be an easy visit. At least that was my experience anyways."
