"Honestly the most unprofessional credit union in town. My mother had a stroke beginning of the month, she was left with speech delays, I have been helping her get her accounts up to date and extensions and the lady in collections was very rude. It took more than two weeks to be able to get a hold of anyone, I followed up with them after my mom received an email to reach out to them. I called and immediately was told they couldn't give me information regarding the account and told her the situation and she still gave me attitude. The really don't care here. You're better off going down the street to TUCSON FEDERAL CREDIT UNION."

"By far the worst bank there could be. Took 2 months just to get a debit card. Lines are always long. They are closed the whole weekend, not allowing mobile deposits either. I will be canceling my service with them very shortly. On another note, the staff are very nice."
