A good word to use for them is bully, unprofessional, Conniving, they will rip you off, charge double for a hunk of junk ,bad business and Tag on liars. Look elsewhere for auto loan for yourself."

"Do not use this company! I currently have them and are looking to refinance my car somewhere else my payment as of September 15th was on time and now they're saying it's past due to me not having any insurance I switched over to a different insurance company. I emailed their insurance company my updated insurance and they haven't updated it yet so I have charges occurring do not use this company it's not a very good company plus they charge you high interest rates and your amount never comes down until you pay the full interest on your vehicle that your financing with them."

"Even when you have your own insurance and it is up to their requirements they still charge you for their own insurance, also they have devices on your vehicle that they never shut off even when you are current with your payments until you call every month and make them shut them off.
