"As locals, we decided to use PostNet to print out school work as we are home schooling our children. My husband first visited this place a few weeks ago for print outs and was greeted by the owner who was very kind, welcoming and even applied a discount for homeschooling. Today it was my turn to come in and there was 2 older ladies who weren't very welcoming. I had 20+ copies all in color and upon checking out I asked if they still offered the home school discount and I was told that doesn't exist and they never did that (with a condescending tone). I told them my husband had recieved it a few weeks ago and they looked at me like I was crazy. I proceded to brush it off and made my payment and one of them handed me my stack of over 20 pages, while I saw them giving other people their print outs in a nice envelope at no additional cost, to prevent them from getting wet as it was pouring heavily outside. Seemed discriminating. I had to request for the envelope and although they did, it was with a bad face. Upon leaving, I told them thank you and to have a nice day and neither of them answered it back. My husband was surprised, considering his visit with the male owner was completely different. Needless to say, I don't believe I'll be returning as long as those women are running it. They do not give a good face for the business and being selective with who they greet and who they don't, makes the biggest difference."

"First time around as a new customer I had a great experience. I got to meet the owner and he was Very helpful he actually gave me props for homeschooling my kids along with that he gave me a 15% discount. Which made me wanna go back for the customer service but today when I walked in there was two older ladies I believe one of their name was Kendra very rude, very disrespectful and you could tell the difference In treatment between a white person and a person of color. The owner had told me to mention to his employees about homeschooling, and they looked at me like I was crazy gave me attitude after I mentioned the discount that I had gotten before Overall wasn’t satisfied the second time not sure if I will be going back"

I highly recommend this place and I do not leave reviews but I felt so compelled to leave one because my experience was so amazing! Good job guys, keep up the good work!"
