"Paid for a will to be drawn up. He didn’t put the correct information in the document so I requested edits. Then I never received the document at all. Refused to refund or provide me the product paid for. Refused to put me in contact with the business owner. Has been absolutely unresponsive for a year! FRAUD!!!"

"I paid Richard $480 to prepare and file a Mediation packet with the Superior Court. He told me he would find out and let me know, if the other party had to be served. He never contacted me. I was very patient with him. I called him three times to ask him if he found out about serving the other party, but he said he was not in the office and requested a call back. When I attempted to call Richard back the forth time, he hung up his phone on me three times and ended the calls. I had to call the court to get information about whether or not the papers were filed and how to proceed. Richard does not care about doing his job well and he charges a lot. Learn from the mistakes of others, or maybe you will pay the consequence! I even waited a while to write this review because I didn't want to and am too busy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TUCSON LEGAL DOCUMENTS!!!"

He had 2 new customers come in and we hurried to get our work done so he could attend to his other schelded customers. He also helped my wheelchair son out the small bump when leaving."
