"In May 2023, while I was searching for the perfect home in Tempe, Arizona, my Real Estate Agent Adrian Gonzalez from The VanAssche Group recommended a couple of Loan Officers in the area. I reached out to the recommendations and luckily for me Isaiah and Cassandra from Edwards Financial Services was the one I choose to work with for my Loan. Relocating from out of State, I had a lot of questions and Isaiah had all the answers. Isaiah and Cassandra went above and beyond to research my specific needs. Isaiah took calls, answered texts, emails, and worked late evenings to explain all my options with my Loan options and process. During my home searching process, my Real Estate Agent made an offer on my behalf at which time the sellers had questions pertaining to finances. Isaiah was a phone call way. He answered his phone on Fathers Day while vacationing with his family to clear up the questions the sellers had. This made all the difference with the sellers accepting my offer. If it wasn’t for Adrian and Isaiah working as a team, I would not have the home in Tempe. One more thing I’ll add about Isiah’s character. At the time of closing escrow, I was delayed getting to Arizona. After making appointments with utility companies (gas, power, internet, etc), Isiah recognized this was going to be an issue with rescheduling so he helped me by spending most of his weekend waiting at the property for my appointments and even offered to help me move in!
