"*EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL* Received a call this morning after inquiring online. I was proceeded to be told my Judgement from the court was as good as "toilet paper" and that if I ever wanted to get $hit done they are the only true way to get it. After a few minutes of talking to this guy I hung up then received a txt to which I replied I would never use their services due to the level of unprofessionalism regardless even if they didn't charge me 45% of the collected amount."

"Received a call from Nick at Graystone. Previous call I asked to send info via email without making any promises. Recent call I let him know we weren't interested in their services and proceeded to be rude and aggressive towards me saying I wasted his time. Mentioned that every two minutes he wastes with me he loses $500. We talked for less than two minutes. Rudely hung up on me. So thankful I didn't proceed with any services."

"Not professional. I received a cold call this morning from "Nick at Graystone". Usually I don't answer those calls but I understand everyone works hard. I got the whole "what do you do about your collections." We have a small client group that we are on steady payment terms with. When I expressed that we just don't have any long term debt issues he responded. "Oh right. And Superman just walked by my desk, hold on" and hung up on me."
