Some people need a certain service for a simple matter, yet are charges the same fee as someone who needed a more detailed preparation. I think that H&R Block would gain more customers if extra services needed to prepare a person's taxes had tiered charge structure, e.g. easy, moderate, extensive, instead of charging every person for extensive."
