"My recommendation for any one is the following, if your metals has precious or valuable stones, take the stones out of the pieces and save it, Only sell them the metal, because this place only pays for the weight of the metals,I took a friend there today to sell some items, but the appraisal didn’t meet my expectations, the appraiser was very nice and polite, and he did explained that they pay for the metal only, no precious stones, so I appreciated his honesty, but if I knew that , I will have told my friend to take all the precious stones from the jewelry before sellining, and also they don’t pay fairly for the metals, Although it wasn't my jewelry, and my friend accepted the deal,because she was leaving today, but to be truthful If it was me , I wouldn't have accepted,I'm glad that I advised her to not sell some of her items, and I'm glad she listened, if you're desperate for money is better to pawn the items."
