"My mother purchsed a four thousand dollar ring at the gem show in Tucson a few years back. She took it back to Randy to have it resized and in the process he broke one of the stones. When she went to pick up the ring this time he had damaged the gold setting and had replaced the wrong stone. First he insisted it was beautiful but then said " Well it is difficult work to do." Huh? After a not so pleasant exchange she left it again to be fixed. Today she got a call that it was done, ready for pick up and beautiful. It is NOT! Now both sides to the gold are damaged and it look terrible! I have NEVER written a rewiew for anything ever! I absolutely would advise anyone looking for a quality jeweler to look elswhere. She is a very unhappy customer."
