"I went into Jared’s today to get my ring resized. This lady named Lori helped me and she was pretty rude and told me that they couldn’t help me unless I had the receipt and then went on and told me she couldn’t help me regardless because the ring wasn’t bought from Jared’s it was bought from Kay’s and I said okay and on the way out she said my ring was beautiful though but it seemed sarcastic. I called Kay’s and they said Jared can definitely help me because they’re the same company and gave me the receipt information. I went back into Jared’s and told the lady what Kay said she said hold on let me get my manager. Her manager came over and told her she can help me and it was easy information to find in the system. She was rude the entire time and seemed annoyed about doing her job then told me it would take 3 weeks to get my ring resized. 3 weeks seemed an awfully long time when I read reviews online saying Jared only took about 4 days. Luckily my fiancé called back and confirmed and this sweet lady Amanda said sorry about the awful experience and now I get to pick my ring up tomorrow."

"I was being helped by Carolee. This experience was just as painful as going to a car dealership and having your head talked off. I expressed my interest in moissanite (which I know they do not carry, I also mentioned that I knew this) and my interest was not respected, I was basically talked down to. Not only did she continuously call me the wrong name even though she had my name on the iPad in front of her, she was talking about things that were very off topic. I just wanted to see what kind of engagement ring I would like and I definitely will not be coming back to Jared or any company affiliated with Jared."
