"Had a great experience shopping for my 35th wedding anniversary ring. We went to another jewelry store because it was first on the walkway. I wanted to change some stones in the rings I found from diamonds to amethyst, because I like the purple color and contrast with the diamonds. Each time I was told, we can't really do that. I was very disappointed . We went to Kay Jewelers, the same store that let me customize another ring 9 years ago. Again they were very happy to help me customize a ring and help find the perfect ring within minutes. I also needed my old ring repaired and they gladly helped me with that. After purchasing the new ring, I received an email with my receipt, a picture of my old ring being repaired and a picture of my new ring being sent to be customized. I can't wait to see them.
