"Buyers Beware: don't shop here if you expect courtesy and professionalism from the owner, Karen, or her staff. Her staff will talk behind your back. And when the staff makes a mistake, they will publicly shame you in front of other customers if you dare to bring it up. I used to shop here all the time, spent hundreds, probably a few thousand dollars here...that was before I was insulted by Karen and one of her staff for having the nerve to mention that the staffer had overcharged me and had charged me for something I did not want. FYI: I actually waited a few months to post this to make sure I was not merely acting emotionally or out of anger. I also thought maybe I - a loyal customer who used to come in at least once a week - would get some sort of an apology or at least recognition for the disrespect I experienced. It never happened, and I just want to let others know what to expect - just wait, if it a bad experience here hasn't happened to you yet, just wait a bit."
