"I brought my watch in to have the crystal replaced and it broke within days before even wearing it. They used a cheap replacement made of cheap glass that broke while the watch was in its case. I asked if they would honor their warranty as the store was closed due to COVID for multiple months and they refused. They said crystals break all the time and it was not their fault. If you want quality workmanship and a repair that lasts do not come here."
