Very disappointed in the service and believe it needs to be improved as it made me not want to return to come back to spend my money. "This location has some awful customer service. Not a single “hello”, only dirty looks from the employees. Basically had to beg to grab their attention to help me BUY things I came for, as they were pretty set on ignoring that I was there right in front of them saying, “excuse me?” Like, I’m SORRY for interrupting you so I can give you my money. Employee that was helping me kept walking off to other people in the store. The other one vanished as soon as more people came in. Stood there at the counter WAITING TO PAY for all the stuff, because perhaps I don’t look like I’m a paying customer like the others who were just browsing (and heading towards the exit) were. I love the designs Swarovski makes, I really do, but this store really ruins it for me."
