"The staff here is absolutely wonderful. There is a Banfield in Desert Ridge that is much closer to us, but we make a conscious choice to go to the Shea location because of the wonderful staff and awesome pet care. They’ve always done a great job taking care of our Snicky. Kudos to Banfield Pet Hospital on Shea❤️ We’re HUGE fans of great customer service!"

"I called every Banfield in the area and No one could see my cat ...She had blood in her urine and was in discomfort...Emergency Vets wanted more $ than I had and I was panicked. My mom told me to call Banfield on 32nd st ( I was unaware of this location since it is not inside a Petsmart ) I called and they said I could bring her in . They were caring they were informative ,knowledgeable ,easy to understand and best of all I was able to bring my Pretty home . She had a UTI and I left paying under $ 100 meds included ..Office visit and blood test included with my Wellness plan... I will be returning to this location ."
