"I have an expensive Oakley watch that needs to be sent to Oakley everytime it needs a new battery. Cost for battery replacement is $30 plus waiting weeks for shipment and return. I've done this twice over the years. I took it to two jewelers where I live and they said they couldn't open it. Kendall's was recommended by someone who has the same watch. I drove about 30 miles, walked in and within 5 minutes the battery was replaced by the nice guy inside. I was so thankful and ready to pay but he said "first battery is free!". WHAT???
