"Usually love this company but this location is disappointing. I'm moving out of state and wanted my platinum ring to look good before going. I asked them to replate it so it shines like a mirror like they usually always do for me. This time I get it back and it's just roughly polished. It has no shine. The polish marks look like scratches. It doesn't look any better than it did when I dropped it off. I'm leaving in 48 hours and can't even have it fixed. So disappointed. Pic shows inside how it usually looks, vs the awful finish on the outside. EDIT: amending from 3 stars to 4. Store manager called me and was apologetic, explained what happened, and offered to fix it. Unfortunately I won't have time in my schedule to have that done as I live almost an hour from the store and have so much to do before moving. I appreciate the gesture and quick response. The finish never lasts long anyways, just disappointed at pick up when I expected something other than what I got."
