"It seems like most reviews of this store are either for the wrong location or are strictly about the grooming. I come here frequently with my toddler to get things for our two dogs and also because my kid loves seeing all the animals. A lady named Audrey has helped us out a few times and is very personable and great with my toddler. One time like 6 weeks ago she let us pet a cat. On several occasions she's made recommendations. I remember her, but was shocked when we came in today and she remembered us. With the amount of people that go in there on a daily basis it shows how much the employees value customer service that she made an effort to remember repeat customers."
