"I returned a necklace I bought in the past for an exchange and the salesperson told me, what did I expect, since it wasn't all gold and tried to promote buying a newer necklace with more gold in it. If their products are guaranteed, I'm not sure why they'd bash their cheaper products to get a customer to upgrade. Not a great marketing strategy."

"I will forever be a customer here! I have purchased around a dozen pieces from this location. The girls are always extremely sweet. I believe the managers name is Danielle. She seems to be running the store extremely well. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. I had a bracelet break after having it for three months, I went in and thought they could fix it. Instead, they swapped it out with a brand new one no problem. Another time I went in to shop I had a diff bracelet (not gorjana) come loose and one of the girls adjusted it for me with a tool they had in the back. I just love this place!"

"Great place for affordable "dainty" jewelry that can also be allergy friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice present for your significant other. My wife has an allergy to Nickel and a number of other metals so it can be hard to find things that work for her. While a good portion of the stuff at Gorjana is plated, they also have a small selection of solid gold which is allergy friendly. I was able to get two sets of earrings for my wife for around $600. Are they huge earrings? No, but the stuff they have is meant to be layered and what my wife refers to as "dainty". Nothing is obnoxious or in your face which is great. It's also not cheap looking either like a lot of places within the same price point. It's honestly pretty classy looking jewelry for a fair price."

"I stopped by on the Fourth of July well I was waiting for my food to be ready for takeout nearby. The ladies working could not have been nicer despite how hot it was outside and how crabby people have been about masks. They shared information about the line, definitely didn’t judge me for wearing old workout clothes, and really were welcoming! I can’t wait to go back when I have more time to look at everything thoroughly. It’s such a beautiful store with so much awesome jewelry that it’s totally worth stopping in!"
