My dog had few mats around his neck( attaching before and after pic) And we had them to trim a bit and person who trimmed his hair named Emily did the worst job and I’m so disappointed. I have never ever seen my dog like this in my life. Before shaving a dog or transforming into a whole worst look, please give a call to the owner and let them know what you are doing. This place doesn’t even deserve a single star."

"This review is for the Grooming Salon. I've taken our dogs to this location for grooming a few times. I booked a bath and teeth brush for my dogs with Emily. Excellent experience! Emily is an amazing groomer and provided great proactive customer service. She took such good care of both of dogs and even took the time to provide a Pawgress Report (not all Petsmart groomers do). Emily is the best groomer we've had! Tips: You can book grooming appointments online and check-in online too, all at the same time. You earn points for grooming and can also use Treats rewards on grooming as well!"
