"I was very disappointed the moment we walked in, wasn't greeted until I walked to the counter by tall, thick maybe native lady. Right off the bat she seemed annoyed. I told her I was looking for a necklace, I had my 2 teenage boys with me to help me pick out a necklace for my husband. Instead of showing me the necklace out of the glass she just moved them to check the price. Then brought out an iPad to show me necklaces online...if I wanted to shop online I wouldn't have walked into the store. She made us all feel like we were too broke or untrustworthy.
