"Dawn is a very nice groomer. This is a spacious site. Very clean. My dog is a newbie at being groomed and longhair. He was def a challenge! Dawn did her best considering. I actually had to come back next day to hit a few rough spots. Thats when i got to hear my screaming snarling pup! Omg. But he came out so beautifully! Dawn explained to me that with newbies they sometimes have to split the session over 2 visits bc they do not believe in traumatizing a fearful pup. They suggested i bring him in for small services more frequently to get him used to being there. They are a mom n daughter team. They have a self wash station and do doggie daycare also. Thanks Servepets! You ladies rock!!"
