"Originally stopped into the store after looking online at settings and gems. Our friend got his ring from Shane Co and recommended them. We stopped in and worked with Andrew who was great. We were torn between two different styles and Andrew brought up the idea of customization. We talked about the options and left it to the jewelers to see what was possible. Over the next few days we settled on what was possible I was in and out finalizing the order. Each time everyone was always so friendly and helpful.
