"I purchased an $8,000 Breitling from this shop. First, they lied about the pistachio watches they had over the phone and when I got to the shop there was only one when they said they had a few. The one iI wanted was at their other location and they told me they would have it transferred and update me via phone. Rather than them updating me I had to call and find out whether the watch was transferred. I bought it and wanted it shipped home and they talked me out of shipping it on Friday (I purchased it Wednesday, no idea why they couldn't ship it Thursday and I had paid for the shipping) because they were concerned no one would sign for it on a weekend. I called and left messages over the next 4-5 days to get an idea of when they would ship it so I could arrange for someone to be home and each time was told I would receive a call. No one ever called me and I finally was told it would be shipped yesterday only after I called again. And I was upset and the person made it seem as if I was in the wrong and took no responsibility. I will never shp here, nor recommend it, and I will report the incident to Breitling."
