"I took my dog here and they requested I come back to pick him up because he was being too feisty. Once I got there, associate Alessia told me that he was too aggressive and they were unable to perform any services. Dexter is a Shih Tzu. I put him in the car and realized his eye was bloodshot red. I started panicking because I did not drop him off this way. I rushed him to the Vet and they advised me that a blood vessel popped in his eye, could have been from someone holding him too tight or him being hit in the face with a large object. I am livid and frustrated, I have never had this experience before and it is terrifying to know that I left him in the hands of Pet Smart groomers (specifically Alessia) and this was the outcome. I will not be returning ever."
