"Got my sister‘s 18 karat gold bracelet. Repaired went in on a Sunday, but Google had a small fluke with their hours Google said they were open, but turns out they were closed, When I pulled up, the store was closed but Nelson I would assume the owner saw me standing outside and he pulled me in helped me out a lot. Got me on a fantastic price for the repairs and upon pick up they cleaned it and it looks brand new like it never broke I’m absolutely amazed. It’s hard to find good jewelry repair stores, but this place is definitely the top 1 I would highly recommend this place for repairs Nelson, and the other employee was very nice and helpful. They are a Black Hills gold patterned set that had to be cut when her fingers swelled during her pregnancy with me. She never wanted to spend the money to repair them or risk someone messing up their one-of-a kind Black Hills gold design. For my parents' 40th anniversary we decided to upgrade the diamond and do the repair. Wow - you can't even tell they were cut and the new setting and diamond are solid. Sized exactly how we measured and right on his estimate, which was very reasonable. He also fixed another small Black Hills gold ring that she broke in 2 places - both repairs well within the promised time frame.
