"I purchased a 5.5 mm solid gold rope chain from Kay Jewelers recently and it arrived with the tiniest jumpring. It was so small I didn't want to wear the chain due to its initial cost and I didn't want it to get caught/snagged on something and break without me noticing especially out in public. I took it to Kay's but the lady that assisted me wasn't any help at all. So I searched places in the area and Goldkost came up. Trust me, the reviews are accurate. The entire staff was great! I was in and out of there fast thanks to Gene. I highly HIGHLY recommend going here for repairs and the prices were very reasonable."

"This is the most fantastic jewelry store in the area! I visited 4 other places before finding Goldkost and none compare! I was looking for someone I could trust, with reasonable prices, and an honest understanding of the job I had for them. When I walked into Goldkost I was greeted by the most amazing group of individuals. I asked about custom jewelry as my husband had made me a ring and we were looking to add some flair to it. The ring is my most precious material item and I needed it to be well taken care of. The designer/jeweler/owner/most extraordinary gentleman aka Gene came from the back room and not only provided me with designs and options for my ring, he answered all of my questions, gave me a tour, and assured me my ring was in good hands. None of the other places I visited gave me options or could answer my simplest questions without making me feel inferior or just flat out didn’t answer them. "Amazing! Went in to get my ring from another place resized and put the diamond on a different band. They gave us a VERY reasonable time line and then had it done within 24 hours. So sweet and helpful and the work was amazing! Definitely recommend and will be going back for as long as we live in AZ!"

"I got my engagement ring resized here when Kays told me it’d be 2-3 week wait and it wouldn’t be guaranteed because of the type of stone I have. Gene got it resized in 5 minutes. "I recently broke my chain that my boyfriend bought for me and I was mortified. I searched for a jeweler near me and Goldkost popped up and had incredible reviews. I emailed them and Gene immediately replied even though he was out of the country. He said he was on his way home to the states and asked that I bring it in the next day. When I arrived I was greeted by the most polite staff I have ever encountered. Gene fixed it in like 15 minutes and even came out to greet me. He was such a sweet polite man.
