You can tell that all the staff are genuine pet lovers, we knew she would be in good hands. We’ll definitely be returning!"

"Everyone at Groomingdales is wonderful! They are incredibly patient with all five of my pups. One is a little old man who is sometimes/often grumpy, but makes it through the grooming with a kind-hearted, very caring person. One is a recent rescue who hadn't had grooming and care, but receives love and compassion with every visit. One is super high-energy and I have no idea how she sits still for her visit, but always looks beautiful. And, my other two are cared for as if they belonged to the groomer. I am beyond thankful for all the lovely people who take such amazing care of my five dogs."

"My dogs have been going to Groomingdales for over a year now. A previous groomer told me one of my dogs was un-groomable. Groomingdales gave me advice on how to get training for her (she was a horribly neglected shelter dog when we took her home). With their advice, and them working with the trainer next door, Lily is now a regular there and looks gorgeous. Baron never had a problem with the groomers. He just looks great when he leaves!"

"I have taken my dog there several times before to get nails trimmed. He is an anxious rescue dog that I adopted at age 8 and is now 10. We’ve done a lot of work on his anxiousness but he still has trouble with his nails and my trainer recommended this place as they are professionals and should be able to help. The first couple times I went they were great, but this last time my dog was very nervous with the environment. He was muzzled, as he has been every time in the past, but because he was reacting to the tentative person who nervously approached him from behind (which didn’t help matters), they wouldn’t even try to cut the nails which was disappointing as they are the professional groomers. But, I even understand that he was having a bad day and maybe we try a different day. What I don’t appreciate, when asking for advice, they basically shamed me and my dog saying sorry he is “really very aggressive” and didn’t offer any suggestions for any other options."
