"Eagerly walked into The Gold Shop to purchase piece of jewelry for a memorable birthday present from husband. Owner displayed out of proportion rudeness, anger and condescending behavior when I asked about a less expensive piece. Regrettably, we purchased a piece that will unfortunately hold memories of an abusive & overpriced transaction. Skeptical now if the piece we purchased is actually what we were told. Should have walked out."
